地球的孩子 (五日營)

在為期5天的創意舞蹈課+繪本共讀(4天兒童課+1天親子課),小月老師會以海丶陸丶空和地球為主題,用說故事的方式,帶動孩子動身體和動腦袋,發掘身體,以至生活更多的可能性。

第一課:
(海)《海底100層樓的家》

洋娃娃小天掉到海裏,她一路往下掉,路上看見很多有趣的場景,遇到很多不同的海洋生物,讓我們跟着小天一起探索海底世界。

* 先讓孩子認識海洋生物,再以肢體模仿海洋生物的造型及創意移位動作。

* 引領孩子把不同物件放在身體的不同部位上,結合海洋生物的動作,練習協調力與控制力,你那條魚跟我這條魚原來可以如此不一樣。

第二課:
(陸)《彩色豆》

小豆子們被一陣強風吹到四方八面,大部份的豆子都落在土裡,但是彩色豆和他的朋友卻落在大石頭上。膽小的彩色豆不敢往下跳入土裡,最後他到底能不能變成一棵美麗的豆豆樹呢?

* 引領小孩化身不同的小豆子,被不同風速吹動到整個身體轉動,讓他們感受快慢、左右、前後、輕重……

* 藉著小豆子躍身泥土的跳動動作,引導他們進行創意性跳動。

* 最後加入從小豆子變成豆豆樹的過程,學習身體從合到開的動作,變成不同的大樹造型。

第三課:
(空)《小雲朵》

「小雲朵」是一朵雲,一朵很小的雲。雖然小有小的好處,可是她也想和其他大大雲朵一樣,做些重要的大事情。小雲朵想著想著。。終於,機會來了!她做出什麼大事了呢?

* 透過扮演大雲朵和小雲朵,引導孩子感受及分辨強弱音。

* 以肢體對應做出強和弱的動作。

* 以身體表現漸強漸弱的過程,帶領孩子做出不同動作質感。

第四課:
(地球)《小翔和地球》

小翔和地球是好朋友,不管做什麼事情都在一起,但是小翔總是向地球撒嬌,要地球幫他做事,終於導致地球生病發燒。為了拯救地球,小翔拚命尋找「活力能量丸」。太陽、風、水持有的「活力能量丸」,分別代表了「太陽能發電」、「風力發電」及「水力發電」,也就是綠色能源。讓我們和小翔一起去找「活力能量丸」,拯救地球!

* 透過模仿太陽、風、水的動作形態,做出不同質感的動作,促進身體的協調力和平衡力。

* 綜合延展(太陽)、搖晃(風),及流動性(水)的動作,並結合想像力,舞動出一連串動作組合。

第五課:
創意故事親子律動課

綜合了以上海、陸、空和地球的故事,小月老師親自創作了一個原創故事,期望累積以上四堂課的經驗,並加入家長的參與,一起透過「創意舞蹈」,與大小朋友探索身心的外內關係,體驗身體遊戲的樂趣、價值和意義,並重新思考「身體、遊戲」這回事。最後我會提供一些小點子給家長們,讓大家隨時隨地隨手也能把生活上的小東西,變成和孩子一起哈哈大笑的身體遊戲。

Children of the Earth (5-day Camp)
For 3-6 years old | Max. 15 children

This 5-day (4 days of classes for children only and 1 day of parent-child class) creative dancing and storybook reading camp will revolve around the themes of sea, land, sky and earth. Through storytelling, Miss Moon will guide the children to move their bodies and their brains, exploring their physical selves, and in turn enabling them to find out the different possibilities in life.

Lesson 1:
Sea: A 100-floor home under the sea

Little doll, Sky, fell into the sea. She sank and sank. On her way to the bottom, she saw a lot of interesting scenes and met different sea animals. Let’s follow Sky and explore the world underwater.

*First, the children will learn about different sea creatures. Then, they will mimic the sea creatures’ creative movements and appearance.

*The children will be guided to put different objects on different body parts in combination with the movements of sea creatures. This activity will help they practice their control and coordination. Your fish and my fish can actually be very different.

Lesson 2:
Land: Rainbow Beans

The beans were swept up by some strong wind and are blown into different directions. Most of the beans ended up in the soil. However, Rainbow Bean and his friend landed on a big rock. Timid Rainbow Bean does not have the courage to jump into the soil. Will he be able to turn into a beautiful tree in the end?

*Children will be lead into being different beans, being blown at different speeds. They will move their bodies accordingly so that they can feel the speed, direction, weight…

*Through the action of the little bean jumping into the soil, children will be guided to creatively jump around.

*Finally, through the process of the bean becoming a tree, children will learn to use their bodies to explore the positions of being closed to open, changing into different trees.

Lesson 3:
Sky: Cloud

Little Cloud is a cloud, a very small cloud. Although it is great being small, she wants to be like the big clouds and do big things. Little Cloud started to think…Finally, her chance is here! What big thing is she going to do?

*Through pretending to be big clouds and small clouds, students will feel and differentiate the dynamics of sound.

*Children will use their bodies to do actions that correspond with strength.

* Children will use their bodies to gradually show the strengths from strong to weak, leading them to come up with different textures for their movements.

Lesson 4:
Earth: Siu Cheung and Earth

Siu Cheung and Earth are good friends. No matter what they do, they are always together. However, Siu Cheung keeps buttering up Earth, asking Earth to help him do things. Finally, Earth ended up being sick with a fever. To save Earth, Siu Cheung tried very hard to find the Vibrant Energy Pill. The Vibrant Energy Pill held by the Sun, Wind, and Water represent solar power, wind power, and hydroelectric power. In other words, they are the green energy. Let’s go find the Vibrant Energy Pill with Siu Cheung and save Earth.

*Through imitating the forms of the sun, wind, and water, children will produce different texturized movements, enabling them to strengthen their coordination and balance.

* Combining with imagination, students will do comprehensive stretching (sun), waving (wind), and fluid (water) movements, creating a combination of dance moves.

Lesson 5:
Creative Story Parent-Child Rhythmic Movement Class

Combining the above-mentioned stories revolving around the themes of sea, land, sky, and earth, Miss Moon has created an original story. Gathering the experience from the first four lessons, parents will be invited to the lesson to do some “creative dancing” together, allowing both the parents and children to explore the inner and outer relationship of their bodies and minds. Parents and children will experience the fun, value and meaning in kinesthetic games, enabling them to rethink on the topic of “body and games”. Finally, I will provide some tips that will support them to spontaneously turn mundane objects in our daily lives into fun and engaging kinesthetic games.
