Yoga is meditation. It is about being aware of whatever going on in your body, in your mind, in your emotions, in your heart and in the world.The wisdom of Ashtanga Yoga is to be in the present moment by focusing on breath and gaze. We revisit the same set of asanas time after time. They become like dear old friends and long-term relationships. We will be able to sink more deeply into the subtleties of the body, mind and spirit through the asana practice, turning the flow into meditation. In this 90-minutes class, we will experience the meditative side of Ashtanga Yoga.
