靚菜 剩菜 做泡菜

在蔬菜豐收時,農夫便會動手做泡菜漬物,留住季節的美。其實只要動手花點心思,便可以把吃不完的剩菜,變成上菜!泡菜、漬物等發酵食物既健康,又好下飯。

本工作坊會跟大家一起做健康低鹽泡菜、西瓜皮漬物及分享做發酵食物的心得。

所有參加費用將撥捐惜食堂,以支持機構的食物回收計劃。


Good vegetables or leftovers? They can become your favourable pickles!​

Farmers start making pickled vegetables during the bumper harvest, as they think that it is a move to preserve the beauty of a season. 

​Just like the farmers, we can also turn the leftover vegetables into a grand cuisine with some sophisticated ideas. ​In fact, pickled vegetables are healthy marinated food that is delicious, especially when eating with rice.

This workshop will share with you the insights and process of producing healthy and low salt pickled vegetables, pickled watermelon skin and other marinated food. ​

All fees will be donated to Food Angel’s food rescue programmes.
