What is Thai Yoga Massage?
Thai Yoga Massage is a healing process combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted-yoga postures. The treatment focuses on the healing, relaxing and rejuvenating practices of Thai yoga massage and some therapeutic acrobatic yoga.
The treatment does not use oils or lotion and the recipient remains clothed during the entire treatment. There is constant body contact between the giver and receiver, but rather than rubbing on muscles the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked.
What is expected?
Thai Yoga Massage is suitable for anyone and everyone. Come with your parents, colleagues, partners, friends or your grandma. If you cant find someone, please come by yourself to make some new friends. Participants will be paired up to take turns and be a therapist or recipient during the course.
Participants are required to wear loose, comfortable clothing. Yoga mat will be provided. Participants can bring their own towel for your own comfort to lie on the floor / yoga mat.
