推廣電影文化｜帶動創作氛圍｜營造交流空間
電影文化中心（香港）是一個非牟利的藝術團體，始創於1999年。電影文化中心（香港）傳承了「香港電影文化中心」的精神，從舊有的系統中蛻變出來，繼續成為香港電影、視像及文化的播種者。
自創辦以來，電影文化中心（香港）深入文化藝術界、電影界、學界，以至社區，透過舉辦各類型的工作坊、研討會、放映會及導賞活動，將電影文化向大眾推廣，務求提高更多人士對電影文化的興趣。
2011年，電影文化中心（香港）重整旗鼓，繼續上路。我們吸收及總結以往的經驗，透過定期舉辦各類型活動，一方面凝聚本地從事電影創作的行內人士及新血，另一方面推動本地的電影文化，並期望將電影及視像文化帶入社區和生活，拉近大家與電影的距離。

Founded in 1999, Film Culture Centre (Hong Kong) is a non-profit making arts organisation. Inherited with the spirit of the “Hong Kong Film Culture Centre”, Film Culture Centre (Hong Kong) aims to devote in Hong Kong’s film, visual media and culture development.
Since its establishment, Film Culture Centre (Hong Kong) has been actively devoted in arts and culture, film, education and our community. By organising various workshops, seminars, screening sessions, guided tours and competitions, the Centre aims at promoting film culture to the public.
In 2011, Film Culture Centre (Hong Kong) revives. In addition to organising regular events of various kinds, it will continue its mission in nurturing film culture and uniting local filmmakers by buidling exchange forums, and try to break new grounds in film curatorship and film education.
