  生果入廚，教你手製天然火龍果醬、橙釀果酒與橙皮糖 — 從味覺喚起激新感受。自然護膚有法，手造潤唇膏與面膜，清爽不油膩；即席瑜伽教室，融入生機素食，體驗心靜、身淨、透心涼！參與本土有機耕種及大蕉班戟工作坊，以行動支持本土耕種。實踐環保，試玩剩食紮染，生果色彩化作斑斕布藝。

  Refresh your mind with cool ideas for the hot summer weather. Come along to PMQ for our “Get Cool” Fruit Jamming Market with fun workshops and cool colours to blow away the summer heat! Cook up pitaya jam, orange wine and candied orange peels. Create refreshing hand-made lip balm and cooling beauty masks.

  Join our raw food yoga workshop for inner peace. And if you want to help preserve local farming and contribute to our city’s food security, support the Local Farming and Plantain Pancake Workshop and take a small step towards truly local food. Go green, by turning the leftover fruit colours into tie-dye cloth.
